We collect only the information needed to provide updates, coordinate events, respond to private messages, connect help requests with community support, and maintain event safety records.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, ZIP code, communication preferences, event RSVP details, private messages, and help-request information you choose to provide. Event waivers also record the participant’s name, a child’s age when applicable, parent or guardian relationship, emergency contact, consent choices, electronic signature, and signing time.

What appears publicly

Waivers, emergency contacts, signatures, and contact details are private and visible only to authorized event administrators. On the community board, only your chosen display name, county, need category, title, and public message appear after review.

How we use it

To respond, provide requested updates, coordinate support and event admission, maintain safety and legal records, improve our programs, and—only where you opted in—send event, merchandise, volunteer, and mission communications.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from email or reply STOP to text messages. Use the private “Message us” button on this site and write “privacy request” to request access to or correction of your information. Some signed event records may need to be retained for legal, safety, or insurance purposes.

Payments

Donation and merchandise payment details are handled by Wix checkout and the connected payment provider. This site does not store complete card information.

Security and children

Private form submissions are limited to authorized operations access. A parent or legal guardian must complete any child waiver; children should not submit identifying information directly through the public help board.
